YO, WHEN IS MY ORDER GONNA SHIP?!:
If your item is in stock it ships right away. If not in stock, it can take up to 30 days to process. Orders can be processing anywhere from 1-30 business days. Once an order has processed you will receive an email from Shop Shogun indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders ship via your chosen method. If you haven't received your order within two weeks of shipping, please email us with your name and the email you used when placing the order. As a courtesy to our customers we will investigate the status of a missing order, however we are NOT responsible for items lost or stolen in the mail once we have provided a tracking number.
International orders take longer to arrive and depending on the method of shipping chosen, are not necessarily tracked once they leave the USA. European orders usually take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive but can sometimes take up to 2 months.
SUP WITH THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?:
We appreciate the opportunity to serve our international customers. However, many international postal systems are extremely unreliable for delivery. As an international customer, you agree that our obligation is to package and deliver your order to our local U.S. postal service. We have no control over what happens after that and cannot be held responsible for the failure of the U.S. Postal Service or the postal service in your country to deliver the package.
If you are concerned about your country's postal service, we recommend using our Fedex Express option, which will insure and track your package and bypass your post office.
Please note that orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when the order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the SOLE responsibility of the customer. Contact your local Customs office if you have questions about your country's import regulations.
You must pay all shipping charges to return an item to us and/or to reship an item to you, without exception.
The act of placing an order for international delivery means that you have read and agree to all terms on this page.
HEY I PAID FOR PRIORITY SHIPPING, MY ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSING FOR A WEEK! WHERE THE FU*K IS MY SHIRT!?!?:
Priority shipping means once it is delivered to the post office they will get it to you within 2-3 days, not that you will have your order within 2-3 days of placing it. We work very hard to get your order out to you asap, so please be patient!
WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS DO YOU USE?:
Depending on stock shirts are primarily printed on AAA Alstyle shirts #1301. Occasionally they are printed on Gildan. If you're curious about a particular shirt, feel free to drop us a line and find out exactly what that cool Cro-Mags shirt is printed on.
THIS SHIRT DOESN'T LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE ON YOUR SITE, WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?!?:
Our web thumbnails are computer generated, so size of print may vary. We do our best to make the print as accurate as possible, but in some cases they may be a little different.
Some digital thumbnails may appear larger than the actual print for display purposes.
In some cases, prints are subject to change. Sometimes bands change the art slightly with a run of shirts.
WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS, WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?!:
Yes, we will update your invoice with a tracking number once it has shipped.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
All items must be returned within 30 days (of the confirmed delivery date) for domestic orders and 45 days (of the confirmed delivery date) for international orders.
RETURNS MUST BE UNWORN, UNWASHED AND UNDAMAGED. NO EXCEPTION
When sending shirts back, please remember they must be in the same condition in which they were shipped to you (ie: not visibly warn, no pet or human hair on the item.)
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
Repackage the unwanted merchandise with your original invoice. Please make a note on your invoice, telling us whether you'd like an exchange or a refund (exchange item must be equal or lesser value) We will then send you a new item or refund your account for the cost of the item.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded or your exchange item has been shipped out. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.
We do not pay for return shipping unless we are responsible for the error.
